Card-level/Account-level Controls
 More than just a fuel card, the co-branded Voyager card stands out because it puts the purchasing control in the hands of the fleet administrator, not the driver. With the card, purchase control is at the card-level, as well as at the account-level. Within a single account, the card can be assigned to drivers, vehicles or separate organizations, giving fleet administrators the ability to customize every card.
Co-branded Voyager cards can be assigned to drivers and/or vehicles. A unique personal identification number (PIN) can also be assigned for security.
Through Voyager Fleet Commander Online, fleet managers can track itemized purchases for each vehicle or driver or a combination of both. This helps track costs and exceptions, especially when a vehicle is operated by more than one driver or when one driver operates more than one vehicle.

Drivers can be required to enter:
- Vehicle, driver number or PIN
- Odometer reading
Purchases can be limited by:
- Product (fuel only or all products)
- Number of transactions per day
- Dollars per month
- Number of transactions per month
- Pre-set option limits to allow one more transaction after limits are met

Nationwide Acceptance
With merchant acceptance at more than 230,000 regional, national, local and independent fuel and maintenance locations in all 50 states, fleet vehicles are never too far from a fill-up or an oil change. Clients can have confidence in knowing their co-branded Voyager card will be accepted nationwide at both chain and independent fueling and maintenance locations.
The Co-branded Voyager Card is:
- Accepted at 230,000 fuel and maintenance locations nationwide
- Accepted by major fuel retailers, including BP, Chevron, Circle K, CITGO, ExxonMobil, ConocoPhillips, Shell, Texaco, Valero and hundreds more
- Accepted by major automotive maintenance and repair companies, including AAMCO Transmissions, Discount Tires, Good Year, Jiffy Lube, Meineke Car Care Center, NTB, Pep Boys Auto and hundreds more
- Accepted at more than 10,000 independent fuel and maintenance locations
- Accepted at more than 50,000 diesel providers

Merchant Locator
Our merchant locator chart lets clients search fueling and maintenance locations by Address, Zip Code or by Merchant Attributes (Fuel Products – unleaded, propane, diesel, marine, ethanol, aviation, methanol, other alternative fuels and CNG; Maintenance – general maintenance, exhaust, oil change, brakes, tires, glass, transmission, inspection, collision and roadside assistance).
Independent Fuel and Maintenance Providers
The co-branded Voyager card is accepted at more than 10,000 independent fuel or maintenance company locations through third-party processors or TeleTrans.
Diesel Providers
The co-branded Voyager card is accepted at more than 50,000 diesel providers.
Car/Equipment Leasing, Driving Records/Background Checks
Voyager Channel Partners can also offer their clients a complete suite of value-added services, including vehicle leasing, GPS, maintenance programs and more that help clients discover new revenue potential in their fleet programs.

Fleet Commander Online
Fleet Commander Online offers Voyager Channel Partner’s clients more command and control of their fleet operations and accounts from any location and at any time through a secure, online fleet and fuel management program. No other solution provides better account and spend control capability.
Fleet Commander Online provides total access to observe, track and manage operations and accounts. Complete Level III data capture gives fleet administrators all the information needed to manage fleet and account activity.
Additionally, fleet administrators can customize card control, features and reports based on their business needs. Effective management tools allow client s to update information at the individual card level or for an entire account.

- Real-time account maintenance, including card cancellation, replacement, PIN management and more
- Standard or customized management and transaction reports
